Cruise Terminal Security Officer – Anchorage, AK

We are seeking customer service driven individuals for security positions at the Anchorage office, with mandatory travel to Whittier, AK and Seward, AK. Transportation between locations will be provided.

Wage: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

Open availability preferred. Must be available any day, at least two shifts per week.

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances/exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises, in various weather conditions and terrains.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written incident reports.
• Work in a team environment to accomplish daily site and organizational goals.
• Carry out additional tasks and duties as assigned to the site.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
• High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete a GED program within six months.
• Standard computer/technology proficiency.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus.
• Ability to interact calmly and professionally with diverse individuals.
• Strong attention to detail and vigilance during shifts.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and correct escalation.
• Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug testing and background check.
