Coordinate and supervise on-shift security activities to ensure safe operations at a residential re-entry center;
Directly leads Monitor staff and residents during shifts and manages workload, scheduling, and discipline as needed;

Ensure compliance with post orders and corporate policies; communicate effectively with staff, residents, and the public;
Participate in staff meetings and training; assist in ensuring safety practices and incident reporting
