Pay Rate: $20.15 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Sat  12:15 PM - 06:15 PM, Sun 12:45 PM - 05:15 PM

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”):
  You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
  In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and applicable government location policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and restricted locations for unauthorized access, and document observations, incidents, and daily activities in required reports.
• Support emergency response activities by following post orders, assisting with evacuations and/or access control measures, and communicating with supervisors and public-facing staff as needed.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
