We are seeking a talented Carpenter to join our team! In this role, you will perform a wide range of carpentry tasks for residential and commercial projects. The Carpenter performs carpentry repairs, renovations, and construction tasks at residential and commercial job sites. Work is based on plans, specifications, and work orders, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. This role involves construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard and preforming repairs and renovations.

Ability to lift 70lbs, work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and preform physical tasks in varying weather conditions - Work Environment:

Responsibilities- Complete daily job reporting
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Preform drywall patching, painting, etc. as directed in work orders
- Construct wood structures including framing, joists, and rafters
- Install fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardware
- Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals
- Previous experience as a Carpenter or Remodeler, Residential or Commercial Maintenance
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements
- Working knowledge of Residential Building Codes
- Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools
