Pay: $30 - $45 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Opti Staffing is excited to partner with a well-established local company specializing in residential and small commercial remodels. This company has built a solid reputation for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. They are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter/Handyman to join their growing team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Perform residential and small commercial remodels, including kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior spaces.
• Build, repair, and maintain decks, ensuring quality and durability.
• Handle a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, and cabinetry installation.
• Assess project requirements, provide accurate measurements, and follow project plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with other team members and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a carpenter or handyman in residential and commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
