Our Service Specialists conduct service agreement tasks, scheduled maintenance assignments, and project support to ensure building automation systems within hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities are properly maintained and operating correctly.

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
• Collaborate with internal service team members including Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and Region Americas Digital Service Center personnel.
• Follow safety requirements as outlined by Siemens and customers.
• Successfully complete assigned training as outlined in the training path.
• Follow mandatory policies, procedures, and standards and maintain tools and test equipment.
• Respond to service calls (emergency and on-site) as assigned and perform repairs on all automation system types.
• Document service tickets per policy and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed and generate reports within Siemens tools.
• Perform system checkout and startup on projects and other duties as assigned.
• Participate in rotational on‑call and/or minimal overnight travel; compressed schedule may require extended hours.
• Work is generally performed at customer locations which may include construction site noise and distractions.

• Electro‑mechanical experience (through work experience or education) and proficiency with PC/software.
• Ability and willingness to work in varied circumstances, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, high lift equipment, ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, basements, above ceilings, and various conditions.
• Willingness and ability to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, tablet, and to carry equipment and tools up to 75 lbs unassisted.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum 18 years old, valid driver's license with limited violations; eligible for Siemens' fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

• High school diploma or state‑recognized GED.

The pay range for this position is $46,553 - $79,805 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
