TDL Staffing is seeking skilled and dependable Residential Maintenance Technicians to support a well-established housing community in Anchorage. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, takes pride in quality repairs, and values steady, long‑term work in a team‑oriented environment.

In this position, you’ll help maintain residential homes and community facilities by completing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. From routine work orders to emergency maintenance calls, your work will directly support residents and help ensure homes remain safe, functional, and well‑maintained.

• Perform general residential maintenance and repair work
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, appliances, fixtures, HVAC systems, and other building components
• Complete carpentry, painting, patching, and minor remodeling tasks
• Support upkeep of community grounds and shared facilities as needed
• Respond to maintenance requests and participate in rotating on‑call coverage
• Maintain professional communication with residents, staff, and team members

• Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ($26–$29/hour)
• Overnight Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM ($29–$32/hour)

• Previous trade or maintenance experience required (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, welding, construction, or general maintenance)
• Valid Alaska driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Must participate in rotating on‑call schedule
• Must be able to gain post access (Real )
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Background screening is a part of the hiring process for this position
• Must support a drug‑free work environment
