ENSTAR is seeking Temporary Distribution Helpers to join their Anchorage Field Construction team for the summer season. These positions are vital in supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground gas mains and service lines. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to contribute to Alaska’s energy infrastructure. • High School Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and experience in similar work
• Construction background preferred
• Current Alaska driver’s license; CDL preferred
• Ability to obtain Department of Transportation Medical Certificate
• Successful completion of the Operator Qualification Program
• Ability to pass drug, background, employment, and driving record screening

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• General construction knowledge and ability to perform related tasks
• Ability to work safely and operate equipment for installation and repair of mains/service lines
• Self‑directed and effective in multitask environments
• Thorough knowledge of ENSTAR’s Standard Operating Procedures
