• Work closely with and support a variety of skilled trades and construction activities
• Follow directives from Project Foreman and remain productive
• Load, offload, move, and organize supplies, materials, tools, and small equipment at company yards and job sites
• Prepare work and maintain safe worksites
• Perform trades for long hours, day after day, often in adverse conditions, to complete the project at hand
• Responsible for reporting any incident, situation, or activity that may affect the company’s ability to operate safely, ethically, and profitably to the supervisor and/or the Company Safety Manager.
• Duty to conduct oneself in the best interest of the company while on job or otherwise representing the company
• Maintain all required certifications per law and/or company policy
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Travel to worksites (may require extended travel)

• Education Requirements:
  
  High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Level of Experience Requirements: 0-1 years’ experience
• All-around knowledge of materials, terms, and practices in the field of construction
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to work in a team environment and take directions from supervisor(s) and other crew members
• Ability to actively listen and follow instructions
• Ability to work productively under pressure
• Strong self-motivation and work ethic; ability to work with or without direct supervision
• Ability to report to work consistently and on time and work a flexible schedule, up to 12 hours in one day and 7 days in one week.
• Ability to pass a fit-for-duty preemployment physical

• Knowledge of organizational procedures and workflows – understanding how work moves through a company.
• Basic knowledge of relevant technologies or tools – e.g., Microsoft 365, communication platforms, or industry‑standard software.
• Knowledge of customer service practices – principles of providing quality service and managing inquiries professionally.
• Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles – awareness of proper handling of sensitive information.
• Communication skills (written and verbal) – ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Time management and prioritization – balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Attention to detail – producing accurate, error‑free work.

• Three (3) year of experience in the construction industry

This is a physically strenuous and demanding job that involves pulling and managing equipment and objects.

Work is performed in all weather and laborers must be prepared for both extreme cold and heat. The role will involve working nearby heavy equipment and requires situational awareness and physical abilities sufficient to avoid all reasonable jobsite hazards while ensuring the essential duties of the job are still completed.
