This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and structural elements. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant building maintenance experience and be capable of working independently.
Responsibilities include a variety of maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, inspecting air handling units, and performing custodial duties. A valid driver’s license is required.
