Mader is seeking experienced Underground Mining Mechanics to join their growing team across multiple U.S. locations. This role offers consistent rotations, long-term projects, and the opportunity to work with a variety of underground equipment and OEMs. Ideal candidates are skilled mechanics with a strong safety mindset and a desire to expand their expertise in challenging mining environments.

• 5+ years working on underground hard rock equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Experience with planned maintenance, inspections, and breakdowns underground
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
• Experience across multiple OEMs (Sandvik, Epiroc, CAT, Normet, Getman)
• Strong safety mindset and awareness underground
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to integrate quickly
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
