Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic with strong experience in heavy equipment and vehicle maintenance.

• Pressure Washing Systems
• Snow Pushers
• Plow Trucks
• Spreaders

• Run diagnostic tests and analyze results.
• Repair or replace engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions, braking systems, and other major components.
• Maintain working knowledge of engines, transmissions, differentials, A/C systems, and suspensions.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to determine unit condition and identify deficiencies.
• Read and interpret electrical and air system schematics.
• Perform DOT inspections and repairs as required.
• Test equipment after repair/assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization.
• Continue developing technical skills through ongoing training opportunities.

• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and a solid work ethic.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a DOT medical exam.
• Must submit to random drug testing.

• Pay: $35.00 – $42.00 per hour (DOE)
• Schedule:
  
  Year‑round, Monday–Friday (occasional after‑hours call‑ins or field repairs may be required).
• Overtime:
  Possible, especially during winter months.
