Worley is seeking Scaffold Roustabouts for a seasonal, rotational position in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. These roles support scaffolding operations in a remote Arctic environment, providing essential labor for the erection and dismantling of scaffolds. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, adaptable to harsh conditions, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic team setting.

• Valid driver’s license and insurability by Worley’s auto insurer
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) certification (Worley can provide training if needed)
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in harsh Arctic conditions
• Comfort working at heights and using fall protection
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crawl, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment as required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Six months or more experience as a laborer or roustabout in a petrochemical, oilfield, or arctic environment
• Experience supporting scaffolding services or other crafts (sheet metal, insulation, pipe fitting, valves, structural/architectural installations)
• Knowledge of oilfield and construction safety practices
• Previous employment with Worley
• Alaska residency and ability for short notice mobilization
