** What You'll Do
*** Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to company, manufacturer, and insurance standards.
* Follow all safety requirements and accurately track repair time.
* Verify required parts and monitor vehicle progress through the repair process.
* Document repairs performed, test procedures, and results on repair orders.
* Maintain and properly use required tools, returning special tools after use.
* Use shop supplies responsibly and keep a clean, organized workspace.
* Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and in good condition.
* Stay current with training on repair techniques and materials.
* Communicate effectively with team members and report safety or operational concerns.
* Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and complete other assigned duties.
