Electrical General Foremen - FIFO + Accommodations - Prudhoe Bay, AK

Delta Constructors is seeking Electrical General Foremen to lead electrical crews on Alaska’s North Slope, overseeing planning, safety, quality, and daily project execution. The position supervises foremen and electricians while ensuring compliance with electrical codes and company standards. Ideal candidates have extensive journeyman electrical experience, strong leadership skills, and experience managing industrial electrical construction projects.

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Alaska Electrical License
  • NSTC (North Slope Training Certificate)
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience as a licensed Journeyman Electrician
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Pass a background check
  • Pass a Fit-for-Duty examination
  • Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and applicable electrical codes
  • Experience supervising crews and foremen
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to work outdoors in harsh weather conditions and remain on site during the work assignment
