Weidner Apartment Homes seeks a Service Technician 1 to prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and to provide timely, quality service to residents and the community. You will work in vacant and occupied units, handling painting, drywall repairs, and various maintenance tasks to maintain asset value.
You will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and flooring repairs, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with residents, associates, and vendors.
