Journeyperson Electricians
- North Slope - 4 Weeks On 2 Off - $58/hr
- Prudhoe Bay, AK

Delta Constructors is seeking Electrician Journeymen for rotational work on Alaska’s North Slope. Electricians will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on oil drilling sites and production pads while helping lead Apprentice crews. The role offers $58 per hour, guaranteed overtime, and an intensive 4-weeks-on/2-weeks-off schedule averaging 80.5 hours per week. Ideal candidates are Alaska-licensed electricians comfortable with industrial field environments.

What you’ll need:
  • Alaska Electrical License
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of electrical experience
  • Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Knowledge and experience with power tools, electrical equipment, and construction equipment
  • Knowledge of electrical codes
  • Knowledge of hazardous materials and safety regulations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, installation, testing, maintenance, and repair
  • Understanding of electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong mechanical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to diagnose electrical system malfunctions
  • Ability to recognize and respond to electrical hazards and emergencies
  • Ability to direct and oversee helpers and apprentices
  • Ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to work outdoors in potentially inclement weather
  • Ability to work and stay on site throughout the rotation
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Ability to pass a Fit-for-Duty Examination
