Mercedes-Benz of Anchorage serves one of Alaska's most active luxury automotive markets -- a loyal guest base whose vehicles face some of the most demanding operating conditions in the country. Cold starts, extreme temperature swings, and heavy seasonal use push European platforms hard and create diagnostic work that rewards technicians with genuine depth. Mercedes-Benz experience is a plus but not required -- if you know European platforms and you know how to diagnose them accurately, we want to talk.

• Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz and European vehicles across a full range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, advanced electrical, HVAC, and beyond -- using OEM diagnostic tools and procedures
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans -- communicating findings clearly to service advisors to support guest authorization and maintain transparency
• Execute repairs to OEM specifications with speed, accuracy, and consistent quality -- no shortcuts, no comebacks
• Document all diagnostic findings and completed work accurately on repair orders -- precise records protect the guest, the store, and your professional reputation
• Stay current on Mercedes-Benz technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures as you develop platform familiarity
• Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return

• 2+ years of technician experience on European brand vehicles -- Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Porsche, or similar platforms required
• Mercedes-Benz experience a strong plus -- XENTRY/DAS familiarity and MBZ factory certifications reflected in rate
• Strong diagnostic foundation with a track record of accurate first-time repairs and a low comeback rate
• Comfortable performing a full range of repairs across electrical, mechanical, and drivetrain systems on European platforms
• ASE certifications a plus -- not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• $30 - $45/hr flat rate -- rate reflects your European platform experience, diagnostic depth, and MBZ certifications
