HVAC Technician — Full-Time

About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable HVAC Technician to keep heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems running right for our clients. You'll handle everything from new installs to repairs and routine upkeep, making sure systems run safely, efficiently, and to code.

• Install air conditioners, heaters, furnaces, and ventilation equipment per manufacturer specs and code requirements
• Complete scheduled maintenance to keep systems running efficiently and extend their lifespan
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues on HVAC systems and make repairs, replacing worn or failed parts as needed
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot system malfunctions and get to the root cause
• Walk clients through the work performed and flag any recommended system improvements or upcoming maintenance needs

• Hands-on HVAC experience (installation, service, or repair)
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical components
• Comfortable using diagnostic and hand tools on the job
• Strong communication skills for explaining work to clients
• Valid driver's license
