Make a difference as an Employment Case Manager at Assets, Inc. In this role, you’ll support individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining meaningful employment while coordinating services, coaching staff, and building relationships with community employers. This is a full-time position (30–40 hours/week) starting at $20.76/hour (DOE), with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and flexibility based on client needs.
Make a meaningful impact by helping individuals with disabilities find and succeed in community employment. As an Employment Case Manager, you’ll coordinate services, develop job opportunities, provide hands-on coaching, and support individuals in reaching their employment goals.
In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, employers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality services, while also mentoring staff and maintaining compliance with program requirements. You’ll be out in the community building relationships, solving challenges, and creating opportunities for the people we serve.
Responsibilities- Support individuals in obtaining and maintaining employment
- Provide job coaching, service coordination, and advocacy
- Build relationships with local employers and community partners
- Develop and monitor individualized support plans
- Train and mentor staff to deliver quality services
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
- Experience in case management, direct services, or working with individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in the community and engaging with employers
- Full-time (30–40 hours/week)
- Starting at $20.76/hour (DOE)
- Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility based on client needs
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and background check required
- Travel:
No travel required
- High school diploma/GED
- 1 year of college coursework
- 1 year of experience providing direct services and/or case management to individuals with developmental and/or mental illness
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience required
