The Employment Services Technician 3 (EST
3) provides supervisory leadership at the Midtown Job Center within the Career Support and Training Services unit, overseeing EST 1/2 staff, managing caseload, coordinating service delivery, monitoring program performance, and ensuring compliance with WIOA, STEP, and JVSG. The role supports program planning, budgeting, community partnerships, and supervises case managers including Disabled Veteran Outreach Program Representatives.
DETS mission: provide labor exchange, employment and training services, and unemployment insurance to Alaskans and businesses. Core values:
