VOA Alaska is seeking a Case Manager ARCH to work with youth ages 12-18 and their families in the ARCH program. You will provide care coordination, case management, and supportive coaching to help youths achieve recovery and personal goals.
You will conduct intakes, coordinate services, maintain documentation, and collaborate with treatment teams and guardians while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality. A driver’s license and flexible hours are required or anticipated.
