Position: AK Military Youth Academy (AMYA) Male Team Leader (Multiple PCNS)

The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), and the Alaska Military Youth Academy (AMYA), is recruiting for Male Team Leader
!

This position is in the General Government (GGU) bargaining unit at a range 13.

What You Will Be Doing:

By joining AMYA, you become an important member of a valued group of Team Leaders. In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure the overall welfare of the cadets through effective supervision and accountability. AMYA is committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment that encourages personal growth and development for youth ages 16–18. As a Team Leader, you will assess training and living conditions;

observe, correct, and report cadet behavior while determining appropriate discipline when necessary; instruct and lead physical training activities, including road marches, calisthenics, and strength and endurance exercises; and transport cadets to community service programs, work experience sites, and other authorized off-campus locations.
