** Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Duties & Responsibilities:

*
* + Provide speech and language therapy services to support students' communication and learning needs.

+ Assess students' speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication abilities.

+ Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and educational goals.

+ Provide therapy to improve communication skills, comprehension, articulation, and social communication.

+ Support students with communication challenges that impact academic performance.

+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.

+ Monitor and document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records.

+ Participate in evaluations, student meetings, and individualized education planning.

+ Provide recommendations and strategies to support communication skills in the classroom environment.

** Minimum Qualifications *
* + Current, valid, and unrestrictedAK license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

+ All SPED Teachers will need at least 2 years of SPED Teaching experience

+ Copy of current, completed

Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

+ Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents
