Covenant House Alaska is seeking a dedicated Success Manager to support youth facing homelessness and trafficking. You will maintain a caseload of 10-15 youth (ages 13-24), conduct intake and planning, and coordinate services to meet housing, health, and education goals.
You will collaborate across agencies, advocate for youth rights, and provide crisis de-escalation while documenting progress in multiple databases. A supportive team environment and ongoing professional development are offered.
