Criminal Justice Technician 1/2 Position

The Department of Corrections, Division of Pretrial, Probation, and Parole is recruiting for a Criminal Justice Technician 1/2 position at the Anchorage Pretrial Office located in Anchorage, Alaska.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Provide advanced technical and clerical support for the Anchorage Pretrial Office, including document processing and criminal justice data entry.
• Conduct electronic monitoring installs and releases daily, perform urinalysis/PBT testing, and support law enforcement staff in paraprofessional tasks.
• Maintain Redwood Toxicology program data collection and randomized testing schedules.
• Assist with monitoring low-risk defendants assigned to the General Supervision bank.
• Conduct cyclical audits of absconder banks and numerous other databases.

The Working Environment You Can Expect:
