Applied ML Engineer
Location: Louisville, KY (Remote)
Duration: 6 months (Contract)
Start Date: 03/16/26
Experience: 4+ years in building and deploying machine learning models in production.
Primary
Skills:
Python, PyTorch, Tensor Flow, scikit-learn.
- Design, develop, and deploy ML models for real‑time or batch production.
- Build and maintain feature stores and integrate them with downstream services.
- Serve models via low‑latency APIs and maintain model serving infrastructure.
- Perform A/B testing, experimentation, and integration into production pipelines.
- Ensure model explainability using SHAP, LIME, or similar methods.
- Detect and mitigate bias in data and models.
- Experience with propensity, ranking, uplift, or optimization models is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven products.
