Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and development for Service Now
- Define Architecture & Platform Strategy
- Own Integration & Enterprise Architecture Patterns
- Enable application lifecycle decisions (rationalization, modernization, retirement)
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations teams using Agile/Scrum
- Establish Platform Governance & Engineering Standards
- Ensure Quality, Performance & Reliability while supporting delivery and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
- 8+ years of related experience
- Strong experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
- Strong experience with n-tier solutions
- Strong experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis)
- Strong experience influencing engineering team members to translate customer and technical requirements into service architecture
- Strong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions
- Strong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures
