Location: Anchorage International Airport

Pay: $22/hour

Schedule: Flexible availability is required as shifts will vary (Primarily 5p-1a / 6p-2a).

The Dispatcher Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the dispatch team, ensuring all shuttle and transportation services operate safely, efficiently, and according to Reimagined Parking and client standards. This role provides direct supervision to dispatchers and Dispatcher Leads, oversees scheduling and workflow, ensures accurate communication with drivers, and supports service delivery across the entire operation. The Dispatcher Supervisor is responsible for monitoring performance, coaching team members, resolving operational issues, and maintaining service reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

As a Dispatcher Supervisor, you will lead a critical part of the transportation operation, ensuring service reliability, safety, and exceptional customer experience. You’ll guide the dispatch team, support strategic operations, and contribute to a collaborative and mission‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise dispatchers and Dispatcher Leads, including assigning duties, monitoring productivity, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching, training, corrective action, and performance evaluations.
  • Support hiring decisions, onboarding, and ongoing development of dispatch staff.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels based on operational needs and passenger volume.
  • Lead shift briefings and communicate service expectations.
  • Oversee real‑time shuttle bus service to ensure on‑time performance and route coverage.
  • Review and approve dispatch decisions involving vehicle assignments, driver assignments, route adjustments, and service level changes.
  • Monitor GPS systems, dispatch software, and radio communications to maintain service continuity.
  • Respond to service disruptions, breakdowns, and emergencies with effective solutions.
  • Coordinate fleet availability with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with ADA transportation requirements, safety standards, and client expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation between dispatch, drivers, maintenance, customer service, and management.
  • Provide timely updates regarding service delays, route adjustments, and operational impacts.
  • Support customer experience teams with shuttle ETA information and service planning.
  • Communicate with leadership regarding staffing, incidents, and operational performance.
  • Prepare and validate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Maintain accurate logs of incidents, route changes, service delays, staffing levels, and performance metrics.
  • Audit dispatcher documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor operational data and proactively implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure dispatch staff follow Reimagined Parking communication standards and documentation protocols.
  • Drive shuttle vehicles as needed to support service continuity, cover staffing shortages, or reposition fleet vehicles.
  • Assist during service emergencies, large events, or high‑volume periods.
  • Perform basic vehicle checks when operating company vehicles.
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping for operational audits, compliance, and service‑level reporting.
  • Track and document equipment issues, driver performance concerns, and route deviations.
  • Operate shuttle vehicles as needed to support service, cover staffing gaps, or reposition fleet vehicles.
  • Assist with emergency situations, special events, or service interruptions.
