What You’ll Be Working On
  • Critical to maintaining hours of operation and providing exceptional service to donors.
  • Greet each donor, unload donations from their vehicles, record donations for receipts, and thank them.
  • Support donor location cleanouts, driving to our locations to load/unload from truck to sea container/trailer. Locations vary day to day; the floater can perform essential job functions at multiple locations.
  • Work days:
    Monday – Sunday.
  • Working hours:

    9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Essential Job Functions
  • Act as a floater and cover shifts within designated district.
  • Drive a box truck to scheduled locations to load donations, and unload to dedicated yard multiple days a week.
  • Open site each assigned day and prepare for business.
  • Interact with donors with a positive attitude.
  • Acquire donations and engage in pleasant conversation.
  • Assist donors with donations and help unload vehicles.
  • Record details and organize collection site for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness and safety standards of the site.
  • Perform all opening and closing procedures.
  • Other duties assigned by manager.
This Includes – But Is Not Limited To
  • Always greet donors in a friendly manner, wearing a full Green Drop uniform.
  • Engage in pleasant conversation while acquiring donations using the bin.
  • Assist donors with donations and help unload vehicles.
  • Use a tablet holder while recording donor information on the company iPad.
  • Assist truck driver during donation pick‑up.
  • Organize donations in the stock room.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the site, inside and outside.
  • Fill out supply orders to keep the site stocked with necessary tools.
  • Other duties assigned by manager.
  • Be on‑site during working hours.
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
What You Have (Qualifications)
  • Clean MVR and a valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable transportation and commitment to attendance and punctuality.
  • Capacity to adjust work functions throughout the day/week.
  • Service‑oriented with outstanding ability to interact with people.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs continuously.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness and ability to work weekend days as part of regular schedule.
  • Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.
Minimum Age Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
