Driver Guide​/Loader

The Customer Service Associate (Driver Helper) will assist the driver in catering aircraft and transporting meals/beverage/equipment to assigned flights. They will help provide excellent customer airline service. Must have the ability to follow direction, meet tight deadlines, and interact communicate with vendor airline crew as necessary.

The Customer Service Associate (Driver Helper) will assist the driver in catering aircraft and transporting meals/beverage/equipment to assigned flights. They will help provide excellent customer airline service. Must have the ability to follow direction, meet tight deadlines, and interact communicate with vendor airline crew as necessary.

• Guiding drivers on and off aircraft
• Lower stabilizer and raising stabilizer for drivers
• Must be flexible and able to react to changing priorities
• Comply with all work rules and regulations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under extreme pressure
• Must be willing to work in a stressful, time oriented work environment
• Comply with all work rules and regulations
• Must be able to carry and lift 50+ lbs
• Must be able to push/pull up to 50+ lbs. for 500 ft
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift of 8+ hours
• Must be able to walk/stoop/ bend/ stand for entire work shift
• Must be able to use fingers/hands to handle equipment
• Must be able to work in a high stress environment with changing priorities
