Pathfinder Aviation is seeking motivated pilots for heli ski and apprentice precision longline operations in Alaska for the 2027 field season.
Pilots will attend immersive training for both Heli Ski and Precision Longline Operations prior to contract placement. Pathfinder training is highly structured and designed to build skills and confidence before arrival on the job. Pilots are placed on multi-aircraft jobs which allows for a slow and methodical integration into the contract workload.
