Key Objective
The Warehouse Worker maintains production and distribution of products by receiving products, pulling orders from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies; staging finished products. Installers depend on the Material Handler to ensure that the products needed for installation are well organized, easily located, and that the inventory of finishing products and trim are sustained. On-time delivery and quality of output are critical to the company’s commitment to providing First-Class customer experience.
Primarygoal
Loads the RIGHT products into the RIGHT trucks, with no delays and under 15 minutes per truck. No crew needs to go to the shop or store to get what should have loaded, EVER.
Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory.
- Work with install crews to complete load out in 15 minutes per truck.
- Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
- Pull the right products for each order by reviewing the job materials sheets based on customer order.
- Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and finish tasks assigned by Management.
- Participate and maintain 5s initiatives. Sort, set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain.
- Clean, organize, and warehouse shop area and equipment including forklifts, trucks, and tools.
- Receive shipments, examine the product, and work with the Production Manager on any missing or damaged product.
- Know what product is here, where the product is in the warehouse, and whose job it is for.
- Monitor the inventory of finishing materials including sealants and trim.

- Valid Alaska Driver’s License
- Clean Driving Record
- Detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and receiving.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company’s auto insurance policy.
- Experience with forklifts and maintain forklift certification.
- Maintain a DOT card.
- Able to lift 50-75 lbs
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
