Aurora Flooring LLC is hiring a Multi-Family Project Coordinator to manage flooring projects from start to finish—handling everything from measurements and estimating to installation, closeout, and final payment. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is driven, communicates clearly, and can stay organized while managing multiple projects at once.

Compensation

$60,000

Opportunity for growth and increased earnings based on performance

  • Full-time position:
    Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • On-call and occasional weekend work may be required based on active projects
What You’ll Be Responsible For Measuring & Takeoffs
  • Accurately assess project scope, quantities, and material requirements
  • Visit job sites to take precise measurements
  • Identify potential challenges before installation begins
  • Build detailed, competitive bids based on project specs
  • Ensure estimates are accurate and profitable
  • Communicate clearly with clients, builders, and property managers
Project Coordination & Scheduling
  • Coordinate installers, materials, and timelines
  • Communicate daily with crews and internal teams
  • Keep projects moving forward and resolve issues quickly
Quality Control & Closeout
  • Inspect installations and ensure quality standards are met
  • Manage punch lists and final walkthroughs
  • Deliver complete and accurate project documentation
Invoicing & Payment Follow-Up
  • Submit invoices in a timely manner
  • Track payments and follow up as needed
What a Typical Day Looks Like

This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role. Your day might start in the field taking measurements, shift into coordinating crews and resolving project issues, and finish with updating estimates, sending invoices, and communicating with clients.

You’ll often be managing multiple projects at once, with priorities that can change quickly. Success in this role requires strong organization, a sense of urgency, and the ability to adapt on the fly.

What We’re Looking For Required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills (field teams, clients, internal staff)
  • Solid math skills for measurements and estimating
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel between job sites (mileage reimbursed at the current federal rate)
  • Ability to work both in the field and in the office
  • Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred
  • This is a full‑time role with strong growth opportunity

  • Some Saturday availability may be needed based on project timelines
