Yard Hand

• Loading and unloading trucks, trailers and shipments
• Moving equipment and materials in and out of the shop
• Keeping the yard, shop, and parts inventory clean and organized
• Completing local parts runs and deliveries
• General maintenance activities including snow removal, sanding and cleaning as needed
• Cleaning the shop as required
• Washing trailers and trucks
• Assisting with inventory control
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Strong communication and time‑management skills

• Able to work 40+ hours per week
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Team members must be able to lift at least 30 pounds on a regular basis, stand for long periods, and perform bending, lifting, and pushing tasks.

Safety is a top priority. All team members must adhere to safety policies and standards, complete onboarding safety requirements, and attend monthly safety training.

• $15,000 life insurance policy fully paid for by the employer after the first month following 60 days of full‑time employment
