WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE Pay: $21–$25/hour | Contract to Hire
Opti Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a local HVAC company. This role keeps the warehouse running — receiving, organizing, and getting the right parts and equipment out the door to techs and job sites.
What You’ll Do:- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming HVAC parts, materials, and equipment
- Pick and stage materials for scheduled jobs and technicians
- Keep inventory organized and accurately counted
- Load/unload trucks and operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and cycle counts as needed
- Warehouse, inventory, or stockroom experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to get certified)
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
- HVAC/mechanical parts knowledge a bonus, not required
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $21–$25/hour, DOE
