Southside Baptist Church in Andalusia, Alabama, is seeking a full-time Worship Leader to lead worship services and music events. The candidate must be a committed follower of Jesus, possess experience in music leadership, and have strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring volunteers, planning music sets, and collaborating with the Senior Pastor to ensure that music aligns with the church’s mission. A college or seminary degree is preferred but not required.
