Supervisor: Loan Operations Supervisor

This position is responsible for all loan vault activities in regard to the filing and pulling of loan files. Responsible for audit of scanned loan documentation and making corrections as necessary. Responsible for scanning all new loan documentation and additional supporting loan documents.

• Assist staff in the filing and/or removal of loan files
• Maintain checked-out loan file spreadsheet
• Audit scanned loan documentation
• Update/delete note ticklers
• Verify, scan and file supporting loan documentation
• Scan and file block tickets
• Scan and file credit denials/withdrawals
• Maintain credit files
• Audit of tax return documents uploaded into Director system
• Prepare and file collateral vault files - monthly

• Create labels for new loans as needed
• Process loan payments/transfers using TMS
• Assist customers on the telephone
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two-year College/Vocational degree in related field and/or 1 year loan operations and/or banking experience or 1 year related office experience.

• Knowledge of basic accounting functions.
• Knowledge of basic banking functions.
• Knowledge of keyboard, calculator, scanner and other general office equipment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficient in the use of Word and Excel.
• Average degree of initiative and independence.
• Above average degree of analytic, written and oral communication skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license

• Ability to perform work utilizing a computer for extended periods of time.
• Ability to grasp objects utilizing the fingers (fine motor manipulation).
