Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 to join our CAP program. You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for patients in home dialysis, coordinating with physicians and the ESKD care team to ensure quality outcomes.
You will train patients and families, manage dialysis data, and participate in staff education and program improvements. This role includes on-call duties and potential travel to training sites or patient homes.
