Pride Health is hiring a Home Health RN to support our client's healthcare facility in Andalusia, AL.

  Andalusia, AL | Coverage areas include Covington, Conecuh, and Butler counties
• Job Type: Contract
• Contract Length: 14 Weeks
• Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40 Hours
• Pay Range: $52-$54/hr
• * Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home health setting.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation using Homecare Homebase.
• Perform wound care, wound VAC management, IV site care and maintenance, and venipuncture as needed.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare providers.
• Must be willing to participate in on-call and weekend coverage rotation.
