As a Customer Service Representative you’ll handle in‑store and phone orders, stock ingredients, prepare pizza, and keep our store running smoothly.

Based at 1098 Dr MLK Jr Expy, this role is open to individuals 16 years of age or older. Successful candidates will be friendly, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Operate all store equipment
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
• Prepare pizza and related products
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
• Provide excellent customer service in‑person and over the phone
• Maintain accurate order entry using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Make correct monetary change and handle cash transactions

Orientation and on‑job training will be provided. Growing with our company may lead to management, franchise ownership, or corporate opportunities.

• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and telephone
• Basic math ability: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and accurate monetary change
• Motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination for rapid, precise movements
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Capacity to lift, carry, and maneuver products during delivery, if required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for delivery roles)
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery (if delivery duties are part of the position)
• Navigation skills to locate addresses within the delivery area
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, endure short periods of physical exertion including stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching, and handle hot surfaces up to 500 °F

• Frequent use of hands, arms, and forearms for dough shaping, cutting, and handling pizza peels
• Frequently stooping, bending, kneeling, and walking both indoors and outdoors
• Carry pizzas and beverages during delivery and while working on‑site
• Climb multiple flights of stairs during delivery for some shifts

• Exposure to hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts inside the store
• Outdoor conditions such as varying temperature, weather, and adverse terrain during delivery
• Fumes from cooking, cornmeal dust, and background noises from ovens and equipment
• Cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers
• Day/night vision required for safe driving, when delivery is involved
