Sierra Pacific Industries is a fourth‑generation family‑owned company and one of the largest lumber and millwork producers in the United States. We employ more than 6,000 people across a number of state‑of‑the‑art facilities, including manufacturing, custom wood‑framed windows, fabrication, millwork, veneer, cogeneration, trucking, forestry and other operations.

We have multiple entry‑level production positions open at our sawmill in Anderson, California with great opportunities for advancement.

• Entry‑level production labor with opportunities to learn and explore many jobs within the plant site, including production, equipment maintenance, and supervision.
• Full‑time work on various machine stations within our innovative manufacturing facility.
• Shovel, rake, and sweep wood by‑products.
• Stack and pile lumber.
• Fast‑paced work that can be demanding at times.
• Repetitive lifting and work in hot and cold environments.
• Work may include various shifts with some overtime and weekend work during busy production times.

• At least one year of recent, related work history and verifiable references.
• All applicants must be at least 18 years old.
