Hours:
  • 8-hour variable shifts; flexibility to work both days and nights is essential

Key

Qualifications:
  • Valid, active RN license
  • Strong recent experience in Operating Room/Surgical Nursing
  • Demonstrated ability to work varied 8-hour shifts (both days and nights)
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons and surgical team members before, during, and after operations
  • Maintain a sterile environment and monitor patient well-being throughout procedures
  • Accurately document intraoperative care and report changes to physicians as needed
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and infection control guidelines
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care
