Role: Registered Nurse in ICU, providing direct patient care, patient and family education, and guiding nursing staff activities.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, safe care within RN scope, ensuring proper patient outcomes.
- Communicate patient condition changes to physicians, including hemodynamic data and diagnostics.
- Respond promptly to patient status changes and treatment responses.
- Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Valid state RN license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications, maintained regularly.
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation skills.
- Minimum of one year of acute care or critical care nursing experience.
Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, quick decision-making, critical thinking, and a focus on compassionate patient care.
