Customer Engagement Specialist

Savvy Acquisitions, Inc. is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Redding, CA team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, retail, client relations, and working in a people-focused environment.

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide product and service information, and support daily sales goals. This position offers paid training, hands‑on experience, and opportunities to grow within a sales and customer service career path.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers in a professional and helpful manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Provide information about services, promotions, and available solutions
• Support individual and team sales goals
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication
• Maintain a positive customer experience during each interaction
• Work with the sales team to improve performance and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a client‑facing role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
