In this role, you will spend your day supporting customers, brokers, and team members, ensuring the smooth coordination of programs and events. You will conduct monthly outreach and collaborate on the creation and promotion of wellness challenges to enhance engagement. Your responsibilities will also include assisting the Wellness Strategist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, managing customer inquiries, and providing troubleshooting support for wellness products.
You will be involved in updating communication materials, communicating program changes to various stakeholders, and partnering with the Customer Experience Coordinator as needed. Additionally, you will regularly contribute to marketing efforts by creating and editing wellness materials, maintaining organized communication resources, and supporting both internal and external audiences through professional documentation.
The Health Coordinator position is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week.
You will work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
, at our Anderson, IN office, conveniently located just off I-69, Exit 226. Weekends are reserved for your personal time, with voluntary overtime opportunities available during peak periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Familiarity with word processing programs and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and professionally
- Working knowledge of WLT
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Polite, courteous, and professional phone skills
- Excellent attendance
