Anderson Preparatory Academy Launch Pad is seeking a caring, dependable, and collaborative Assistant Teacher to support our child-centered preschool classrooms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood education and creating meaningful learning experiences through exploration, creativity, and play.

• Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities and routines
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Assist with classroom organization, cleaning, meals, and supervision
• Encourage children’s curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth
• Follow all licensing, health, and safety requirements
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18+)
• Experience working with children preferred
• Ability to meet all state licensing and background check requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and actively engage in classroom activities
• Flexible and dependable
