Join the fun at our Dealer Academy starting September 14th and kickstart your career with flair! No experience? No problem! Just bring your winning attitude, and we'll take care of the rest. Over six to eight thrilling weeks, attend Dealer Academy class held Monday through Thursday. All you need is enthusiasm and a great personality – we've got the training covered!
Once you ace your auditions, you can select full-time or part-time hours and enjoy a fantastic $2,500 bonus (with some restrictions) as an official Live Table Games Dealer!
Graduate to a World of Excitement! Picture yourself as a top Table Games Dealer after completing our stellar program. Graduation is a big step, but success in auditions is what truly counts. Once you're officially on board, choose from a part-time or full-time schedules and start earning on average $25.00 per hour, including tokes.

Requirements for Success- Must be 21 or older
- Be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Greet guests with an authentic smile and boundless enthusiasm
- Create a vibrant, fun atmosphere
- Learn cash-to-chip exchange procedures
- Adhere to gaming regulations and company policies
- Endure standing and working in a smoking environment
- Qualify for and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission.
