Report and analyze financials in partnership with plant leadership, to include budgets, monthly closing, and regulatory compliance.

• Prepare the monthly management accounts and assist with the reporting of the financial accounts at year end.
• Supply management information and variance analysis to the business in order to aid strategic decision making.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
• Assist with both internal and external audits.
• Participate in the day to day activities of the site, as well as cross-functional projects.
• Drive the integrity of the account postings within the system (SAP).
• Support the team on all aspects of management information and variance analysis.
• Work in collaboration with central finance and shared services to ensure transaction processing proceeds smoothly and with minimal error levels.
• Travel occasionally as needed.
• Other duties as reasonably required from time to time.

• 5+ years of experience in a Controller role in a manufacturing - preferably corrugated paperboard - environment.
• College degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
• Experience with SAP.
• Ability to learn and navigate information systems and platforms.
• Strong focus on delivering timely, accurate reports.
• Team orientation and good communication skills.
