Enjoy 3‑day weekends every other week with a consistent 2/2/3, 12‑hour shift schedule. Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Training:
Monday–Friday, Day Shift (temporary during onboarding). Overtime:
Occasional OT and weekend work may be required to support business needs.

• Base pay: $39.52 per hour

• Operate, monitor, and maintain facility utility systems
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on boiler systems, ammonia refrigeration, and water treatments
• Manage compressed air systems, RO units, and silo tank offloads
• Oversee cooling tower water treatment and pH neutralization
• Support fire protection and energy‑management programs

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 2‑year technical degree in HVAC/Applied Science or equivalent (preferred)
• 1+ year utilities operations experience (boilers, compressed air, ammonia refrigeration)
• Ability to pass required medical and respirator tests

• Boiler operator, wastewater operator, or ammonia refrigeration certifications
• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with CMMS systems
• Computer proficiency for logging and research
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills

The approximate pay for this position is $39.52. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate and may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
